Eliminate the Excess
These are words I have heard my mother say for years but to me, they have never meant a whole heck of a lot. For some reason (actually a bunch of events that have happened in my life) that simple phrase "Eliminate the Excess" has taken grip to my heart like a hawk clinging to its prey.
