A Parade Like You Have Never Seen Before
On the other side of this float there was a naked baby doll tied by the neck to the side of the vehicle, hmmm very interesting.
Can you see all the legs sticking out from under the bus? We were sure someone was going to get trampled.
Mike and I were in Junin during their festival days and so we got to partake in their creativeness. For their parade, which was held at night, the made their own floats. Each providence was represented by a different vehicle. Each float contained men, women, and the majority had teens and children in them. They would “dance” the float down the road while they played load techno style music. The kids and children watching would run around the float spraying mouse/shaving cream looking stuff at the float and at each other. It was truly a sight to see.
